Influence the behaviors, investments and relationships of Partners and company staff.

Please note that virtual training will involve seven 2-hour sessions.

Channel Managers (and their bosses) who need Partners to invest more time and money in your company and your products. Partners invest in and sell many products and services, Channel Managers in this course are focused on getting an unfair share of the mindshare and investment of their Partners.

  • Differentiate yourself from other Channel Managers who deliver excellent customer service
