Course Overview

You will establish key drivers for organizational success with agentic transformation, grounded in the Agentic Transformation Framework (ATF), which focuses on addressing business problems, measuring value over activity, and developing essential organizational structure and policy. Participants will build a familiarity with the ATF's core structure—Strategy, Ecosystem, and Value, along with capabilities like data, security, and governance—and conclude by identifying and encouraging value-driving next steps for executives, stressing their unique role in sponsorship, business alignment, and championing cross-organizational initiatives.
