Advanced Modular Training
Whatever your organization’s training requirements might be you can maximize the benefits of a Cisco Collaboration Solution with training focused on those specific requirements. But developing a training program can be complicated:
- There are many components to train up on: from call processing (CUCM) to voice mail (CUC) to Jabber (IMP), conferencing (CMS/TPS and Conductor and TMS), Collaboration Edge (Expressway), Cloud and more.
- Different training may be required for administrators and engineers.
- Certification may or may not be a requirement.
- Existing Cisco courseware is packaged for certification requirements and sometimes doesn’t meet an organization’s underlying needs.
A Fast Lane Cisco Collaboration SME can work with you to build a custom training program to meet your needs. Choose content from Fast Lane's exclusive “CSR12 Advanced Modular Training”: a set of advanced technology modules built on Fast Lane's Enhanced Collaboration Lab Topology providing comprehensive coverage of important aspects of a Collaboration Solution Release 12 (CSR12) deployment based on the CSR12 Preferred Architecture and current best practices.
