Fortinet Certified Solution Specialist Cloud Security (FCSSPCS)

The FCSS in Cloud Security certification validates your ability to secure public and private cloud applications by designing, administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting Fortinet application security solutions. This curriculum covers enterprise cloud infrastructures using advanced Fortinet solutions.

Exams

  • Available worldwide at: Pearson VUE test centers and OnVUE
  • Scoring method: Answers must be 100% correct for credit. No partial credit is given. There are no deductions for incorrect answers.
  • Type of questions: Multiple choice and multiple select
  • Time required between attempts: 15 days
  • Transcript and certificate: Your Fortinet Training Institute transcript is updated within five business days after you pass the exam. After that, you will be able to download a printable certificate from the Fortinet Training Institute.

To achieve this certification, you must pass one NSE 6 exam and the NSE 7 exam within two years. The certification will be active for two years from the date of the second exam.

You will receive digital badges under the following circumstances:

  • Exam badge: Each time you pass any version of the exam included in FCSS in Cloud Security.
  • Certification badge: Once you achieve the requirements for the FCSS in Cloud Security certification.

Recertification

  • If your FCSS in Cloud Security certification has expired, you must pass one NSE 6 exam and the NSE 7 exam within two years apart to renew your certification.
  • While your FCSS in Cloud Security certification is still active, you can extend the expiration date by two years from the date you complete the following requirement:
    • Pass one NSE 6 exam and the NSE 7 exam from the FCSS in Cloud Security certification track before the expiry date.
  • While your FCSS in Cloud Security certification is still active, you can extend the expiration date by three years from the date you achieve or renew the FCX in Cybersecurity certification.
  • Passing one NSE 6 or the NSE 7 exam recertifies your FCP in Public Cloud Security, FCF, and FCA certifications if they are still active.
