Cisco Channel Partner Recertification and Renewal

Don't leave it too late

Fast Lane has had partners rushing to book security, wireless, unified communications and data center courses to meet their Cisco Partner recertification deadline. Unfortunately as these companies had left it until the last minute some were unable to find a place in the courses they needed to maintain their Cisco partner status.
A Cisco partner who fails to meet their recertification deadlines will no longer qualify for the various associated incentive schemes offered by Cisco.

How to Recertify

Renewal requires certification and role holders to register for and pass the appropriate Cisco exam(s) prior to the certification expiration date.

New Policy Provides New Options for Professional Level Recertification

Effective August 17th 2006, individuals who hold an active CCNP, CCDP, CCIP, CCSP, or CCVP will re-certify their professional level certifications when they pass any other Cisco professional level certification exam. Certification holders will continue to re-certify their professional level certifications when they pass any CCIE written exam.
The expanded professional level re-certification policy recognizes certification holders who have taken steps to diversify their networking knowledge and skills to keep pace with today’s evolving networking environment.
