ITIL Certification Training

ITIL (the IT Infrastructure Library) provides guidance on how to effectively build, deploy, support, and improve services to enable your business. The Service Lifecycle describes five key aspects of provisioning quality services for your business customers. Training Programs come in 3 types:

Orientation programs: Short 1-day overview programs to provide general awareness of ITIL processes and the service lifecycle. Included are traditional instructor-led and e-learning orientation programs, as well as simulation games.

Certification programs: All Certification programs begin with ITIL Foundations. From there, there are two tracks: Service Lifecycle track, focused on the different aspects of the lifecycle, and Service Capability track, focused on the different job role clusters across the lifecycle. The Capstone course for ITIL Certification is focused on managing across the lifecycle. Successful completion of this course, and the underpinning lifecycle or Capability courses, leads to the ITIL Expert certification. All programs are fully accredited and taught exclusively by senior ITIL Experts.

Workshop programs: We offer a series of tailored workshop programs for private customers looking to jump start their IT Service Management initiatives. These include: How to Succeed with ITIL (a 2-day program for Executive Management looking to drive success through their organization) and Process Implementation Workshops (generally aligned with the Service Capability clusters but with more emphasis on process implementation guidance, project setup and tool integration). Workshop programs are tailored to your organization’s unique deployment needs.

Earn Professional Development Units for your ITIL Training

The information on how to claim this credit can be found on Page 6 in the PMI Handbook.

You will claim the PDU as Category 4 training. You are eligible to receive 6 PDUs for each day of ITIL Training. In the event you are audited by PMI you will need evidence of registration and confirmation of attendance for the training. We can provide either record for you if needed.
