Recertification
Post a successful exam attempt, the DFE certification credential will have a validity period of three years from the date of the successful exam attempt. Post this three-year term, EC-Council members may recertify by passing the DFE exam again. There are no Continuing Education fees or EC-Council Continuing Education Credits (ECE’s) required to maintain the DFE certification credential during the three-year term.
