Course Content

Our Cisco CIPTV1 will train network admins, engineers and systems engineers how to flawlessly implement a Cisco Collaboration Solution at a single site environment using Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) to act as the call routing and signaling function.

The course is composed of intensive lab sessions and in-depth lectures designed to teach you how to perform post-installation tasks and CUCM configurations, as well as MGCP, H.323 and SIP trunk implementations. You will also be able to implement audio/video conferencing and various other media resources into a single site atmosphere. Furthermore, you will learn to maximize the value of Quality of Service in the network and how it relates to the quality standards of voice and video calls.

After completion of our Cisco CIPTV1 course, you will bring an extreme amount of value back to their respective clients. Not only will you deploy Cisco phone services and configure software-based media services without hesitation, but you will also be able to articulate each and every detail of the CUCM to your in-house teams.
