Wireless Technical Manager

Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services, Inc. is a leading Global IT Training Company with its North America headquarters located in Morrisville, North Carolina. Fast Lane offers a broad array of hands-on vendor-authorized IT training classes including Cisco Systems, NetApp, Ironport, IBM, Ubuntu, and VMware, as well as vendor neutral courses developed in house.

SUMMARY – Fast Lane is looking for an experienced Wireless Technical Manager to act as Content Developer and Instructor. This Individual must have a very high level of experience in Cisco wireless networks.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Develop and conduct authorized Cisco training courses in advanced fields, especially wireless.
• Manage team of wireless subject matter experts as well as freelance writers and editors.
• Manage new wireless products to be released by Cisco Wireless Business Unit.
• Train internal instructors.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• This position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus two years of experience OR a Bachelor’s degree in the same, plus five years of experience.
• Must be a Certified Wireless Network Expert (CWNE) required
• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Wireless (CCIEW)required
• Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI) required
