Who should attend

This hands-on training course is aimed at experienced VMware Infrastructure administrators. In this course, you will learn to install, configure, and operate VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) and to test disaster recovery plans with SRM.

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of disaster recovery concepts.

Completion of VM-VIIC or VM-VICM or equivalent experience with VMware Infrastructure.

Basic knowledge of SAN management activities, such as replication, replicated LUN discovery, or replicated LUN synchronization by separating synchronized LUNs or additional mirrored LUNs or snapshots during a test or an actual failover.

Achievement of a passing score on a short, online pretest
