Project Management Workshop (WKSP)

Course Description Schedule

Who should attend

The program will be delivered to a group of students with a mix of experience levels

Course Objectives

This course is designed for from sixteen to twenty students. Management would select three or four projects that are in various stages of development and have the project specifics brought into the class. These would be used as the "case studies" for the class. In this manner the class is not considered non-productive training time, but in fact, returns the attendees to their jobs with actual work being accomplished on real projects.

Course Content

This training is planned as a four-and-a-half-day instructor led program. If someone is interested in sitting for the PMP® examination this course will help them in gaining a level of understanding of the terms of project management, how to: plan a project; monitor and control that project; communicate with stakeholders; gather requirements; monitor and control the project and conduct a project closing. This course covers The Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).

This course is available for on-site sessions only.

Duration: 4 days
