Course Content

In CIPTV1 v1.0 you will learn to use all of the tools needed to implement a Cisco Collaboration solution at a single site environment. Using Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) V10.x as the call routing and signaling component for the Cisco Collaboration solution, you will successfully perform post-installation tasks, configure Cisco Unified Communications manager, implement MGCP, H.323 and SIP trunks. Finally, you will implement audio/video conferencing, media resources and learn the value of QoS in the network.
